Many people (and I was one of them too) think the morning is just an awful time of the day when you have to get out of bed with your eyes still closed and try to stumble around in order to get ready to start another day. By the time you finally wake up and get going you already feel stressed, depressed and angry with everything and everybody in this world. try these tips;
1) Try catching enough sleep:this helps you feel strong in the morning,if you go to bed late and by so doing you do not catch enough sleep before morning when your wake-up alarm rings you'll feel tired and irritated.
2) PRAY: you should say a short thank You prayer to God everyday and commit your day into God's hands before rushing off to work.
3)Intimacy with your Husband/Wife: this could be sex in the morning or just a little romance,spice up your sex life in your marriage by adding some morning flavour*wink*
4)Hang an inspiring morning picture in front of your bed: the picture could be a wedding picture of yourself and husband, or your children,just any picture as long as it gives you great memories this help your mindset,gives you that inner happiness and possibly drops a smile on your face before you get off your bed.
5)Go take a hot shower: a nice hot shower leaves your body feeling good all morning.
6)Put on the music: Playing a cool music that you like: classical,rock,country just play what ever makes you feel good,it works!
7)Don't start with newspapers/tv: Starting your day with news blocks is wrong, your mind is fresh after a good night sleep so filling it up with negative news about politics,economy,fights and all media reports could be bad for your morning.
8)Exercise: Your body needs to wake up as well as your mind so indulge yourself in a morning exercise be it,walking,jogging,yoga,cycling just free the body and that could help you with tons of energy too no matter how exhausting it could be.
9)Balanced breakfast: Many of us skip breakfast: a) because we do not have enough time for it; b) because we are trying to lose weight and breakfast is the easiest meal to skip. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day (you must have heard it at least hundred times already) because it helps you control that blood sugar that helps controls your mood and your energy during the day. A good break fast will help you loose and maintain weight,reduce fatigue and dizziness in the mid-morning hours.
