How Often Do You Pray?

So this is becoming a serious issue to ponder upon,i recently ran into this friend who complained she was having issues, to me they sounded minor but you know the saying "he who wears a shoe knows where it hurts" so i agreed it was indeed an issue for her and then i asked her if she's been praying about it and she said "pray?what has prayer got to do with this"?
