DBeauty is a quality that brings joy, pleasure, or satisfaction to the mind, body, or whether it be to the senses. There is nothing more beautiful in life than to love. Love is not physically in existence because it is a spirit. You cannot look for love; it is invisible to the naked eye. It is so beautiful that even if you could see it with your eyes, you would not be able to comprehend it. Love makes the simplest things become your own perception of beauty; which makes it even more special because no one else can see it. I’ve learned that if I want to find love, I can not use my eyes. I must blindly use my heart and mind to guide me.
My own experience with love comes in many forms. I love many people, and many things, all in different ways. It can sometimes be ugly, but it is always beautiful.
I've had a fascination with love all my life. Ever since I was a young girl I fantasized about the romantic kind of love. I used to write stories about a woman that I some day hoped to be, and how she would find the perfect man for her, her soulmate, and fall in love with him. They would have the perfect relationship and never fight. I thought that was what love was supposed to be like, and why it was so special to people. That feeling that you get from meeting someone like that is an example of how beautiful and magical love can be. It is one of the most exciting things that you can experience.
It is so fascinating to me how you can go your whole life without knowing a person, and then when you meet them they just fit into your life and you can't imagine how you were ever without them. It is impossible to know where love comes from, or why, but it comes into your life and you make room for it. You are happy to accommodate it because of all the joy it brings you.
The love I experience now is very different from the kind that I anticipated as a child. The purest form of love is the unconditional love, is what I find the most beautiful.

And Now The Love Hurts..
WHY LOVE HURTS
A key hormone released during sex is oxytocin, also known as the ‘cuddle hormone’. This lowers our defences and makes us trust people more, says Dr Arun Ghosh, a GP specialising in sexual health at the Spire Liverpool Hospital.
It’s also the key to bonding, as it increases levels of empathy. Women produce more of this hormone, although it’s not clear why, and this means they are more likely to let their guard down and fall in love with a man after sex.
However, the problem is that the body can’t distinguish whether the person we’re with is a casual fling or marriage material — oxytocin is released either way. So while it might help you bond with the love of your life, it’s also the reason you may feel so miserable when a short-term relationship ends.
Men, on the other hand, instead of getting a surge of bonding hormone receive a surge of simple pleasure.
‘The problem is that when a man has an orgasm, the main hormone released is dopamine — the pleasure hormone. And this surge can be addictive,’ says Dr Ghosh.
That’s why so many more men tend to suffer from sex addiction.
For women especially - the mind plays a key role in achieving orgasm. The key to female arousal seems to be deep relaxation and a lack of anxiety
STARVING OFF DEMENTIA
Many of us are all too aware that our brain cells decline with age. In fact, it’s said we lose 7,000 brain cells a day by the time we’re 35, which makes rather depressing reading.
The good news, however, is that having regular sex may help us grow new brain cells, according to scientists from Princeton University in the United States.
And the more sex you have, the more cells you can grow, it seems. Animal studies, published in the journal PLoS ONE, suggest that sex stimulates the growth of brain cells in the hippocampus, the part of the brain responsible for memory and learning.
Factors such as stress and depression have been shown to shrink the hippocampus, yet exercise and sex counteract this effect.
Furthermore, sex could actually be protecting our brain cells against decline.
‘There is some evidence that older people who are sexually active are less likely to have dementia and this could be for a variety of complex reasons,’ says Dr Ghosh.
Sex causes increased blood flow to the brain, which improves oxygen levels.
‘MRI scans have shown that during orgasm the neurons in the brain are more active and use more oxygen,’ explains Barry Komisaruk, professor of psychology at Rutgers University and a leading authority on sex and neuroscience.
‘It appears that the more active the neurons, the more oxygen they withdraw from the blood — so more oxygenated blood is supplied to the region, delivering a fresh supply of nutrients.’
But as well as boosting brain cells, sex could also sharpen a woman’s mind, says Dr Ghosh. That’s due to a surge in sex hormones, particularly testosterone, which can help improve concentration and reaction times.
SMOOCHING MEANS BETTER SEX
You'll have much better sex if you kiss before intercourse
The lips are packed with nerve endings — 100 times more than the fingertips.
As a result, kissing kick-starts multiple mechanisms in the brain, releasing chemicals that lower stress and boost mood, says Dr Ghosh.
‘You’ll have much better sex if you kiss before intercourse,’ says Dr Ghosh.
It increases levels of the pleasure hormones and will make you a lot more receptive to what happens later.
‘That’s why loving sex can be more satisfying than a quickie — and that endorphin hit from dopamine is especially important for women.’
A NATURAL PAINKILLER
Orgasm (rather than sex) can block pain signals, says Professor Komisaruk. Research using laboratory animals and humans has found that orgasm can inhibit the release of pain transmitters from the spinal cord so they can’t reach the neurons in the brain that respond to pain.
In fact, he says, it can raise the pain threshold so much that the equivalent effect in morphine is three times the usual pain-relieving dose.
MIND POWER
A lot of sexual health research focuses on what’s happening physically.
But experts say that for many people — especially women — the mind plays a key role in achieving orgasm.
While male brains tend to focus on the physical stimulation involved in sexual contact, the key to female arousal seems to be deep relaxation and a lack of anxiety.
The scans show that, during sex, the parts of the female brain responsible for processing fear, anxiety and emotion start to relax more and more, reaching a peak at orgasm, when the female brain’s anxiety and emotion are effectively closed down.
THE ULTIMATE HAPPY PILL
‘There is a known circuit in the brain that’s involved in feeling happy,’ explains Paul Thompson, professor of neurology at the University of California, Los Angeles, and an expert in brain imaging.
‘This is called the limbic region, which is deep in the brain, and it’s more active when we’re rewarded. The same system is activated by sex, drugs, gambling — basically anything we enjoy.
‘There’s more blood flow to the head, more neurons firing, more brain activity.
‘Much of this deep brain circuit runs on the hormone dopamine. Anything pleasurable tends to cause these brain cells to exude more of it and this makes them fire faster.’
‘Without doubt, sex has not only physical but psychological and social benefits, too,’ says Dr Ghosh.
‘The endorphins released during sex can really help treat depression and clear the mind.
‘One is serotonin, also called the happy hormone, which creates a sense of bliss. People often say that sex is the last thing they feel like doing when they’re depressed, but do try it if you can.
‘And don’t worry if you get emotional afterwards — it’s very common to end up crying after sex. This is caused by a combination of endorphins being released and heightened emotions.’
BETTER SLEEP
If you’re struggling to nod off, it’s better to have sex than take a sleeping pill, says Dr Ghosh.
‘In fact, it’s more beneficial to have sex in the evening rather than the morning because the body wants to be relaxed afterwards, not get up and go to work.
‘By having sex at the end of the day you’ll reap more of the stress-relieving benefits. For a man, a powerful orgasm is the equivalent of having on average a 2-3mg shot of diazepam (or Valium).
‘That’s why so many men nod off afterwards — there really is a biological reason for this.’

Why sex makes women fall in love - but just makes men want MORE!
Sex is one of our biggest pre-occupations — causing thrills, heartache and downright confusion. But until recently, exactly what happens in the brain during sex was something of a mystery to scientists.
Now, however, American researchers have uncovered what goes on in a woman’s head during an orgasm.
The scientists from Rutgers University, New Jersey, used scans to monitor women’s brains during orgasm and found that different brain parts are activated when various parts of her body are aroused.
They found that up to 30 different parts of the brain are activated, including those responsible for emotion, touch, joy, satisfaction and memory.
The scientists found that two minutes before orgasm the brain’s reward centres become active. These are the areas usually activated when eating food and drink.
Immediately before they reached the peak, other areas of the brain became affected such as the sensory cortex, which receives ‘touch’ messages from parts of the body.
The final part of the brain to be activated is the hypothalamus, the ‘control’ part which regulates temperature, hunger, thirst and tiredness.
Meg Ryan showed how women fake orgasms in When Harry Met Sally, but when they're not faking them, they are more likely to fall in love with a man after sex
The scientists also discovered that sexual arousal numbs the female nervous system to such an extent that a woman doesn’t feel as much pain — only pleasure. The team now hopes to map what happens in a man’s brain during orgasm.
But what else is happening inside our heads when we slip between the sheets? Here we ask the experts to reveal how sex alters our brain.

Love And Its Meaning..
Love is an emotion of a strong affection and personal attachment. Love is also said to be a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection —"the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another". Love may describe compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one's self or animals.
In English, love refers to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from pleasure ("I loved that meal") to interpersonal attraction ("I love my partner"). "Love" may refer specifically to the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love, to the sexual love of eros, to the emotional closeness of familial love, to the platonic love that defines friendship, or to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love or to a concept of love that encompasses all of those feelings. This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, compared to other emotional states.
Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.
Love may be understood as part of the survival instinct, a function to keep human beings together against menaces and to facilitate the continuation of the species.
The Christian understanding is that love comes from God. The love of man and woman—eros in Greek—and the unselfish love of others (agape), are often contrasted as "ascending" and "descending" love, respectively, but are ultimately the same thing.
There are several Greek words for "love" that are regularly referred to in Christian circles.
Agape: In the New Testament, agapē is charitable, selfless, altruistic, and unconditional. It is parental love, seen as creating goodness in the world; it is the way God is seen to love humanity, and it is seen as the kind of love that Christians aspire to have for one another.
Phileo: Also used in the New Testament, phileo is a human response to something that is found to be delightful. Also known as "brotherly love."
Two other words for love in the Greek language, eros (sexual love) and storge (child-to-parent love), were never used in the New Testament.
Christians believe that to Love God with all your heart, mind, and strength and Love your neighbor as yourself are the two most important things in life (the greatest commandment of the Jewish Torah, according to Jesus; cf. Gospel of Mark chapter 12, verses 28–34). Saint Augustine summarized this when he wrote "Love God, and do as thou wilt."

Ways To Be Strong After a Breakup
When everything is wrong and you just want to cry all night, that's when you know you need to get over that ex. Everyone experiences heartbreaks, but being strong about it is another thing. Don't let your ex see you weak.
Never ever run back to them or call them all the time. You can just never let go of that special guy/girl that taught you how to love. When you guys break up, then it happens for a reason. Don't keep calling him/her and talking to them like nothing happened or try to make them love you again. It's not going to work out. It'll just make you seem weak and clingy.
2
Forgive and forget. Let things go and remain cool. Don't let your ex see you miserable without them, it'll just give them the satisfaction and an ego boost.
3
It's okay to cry at night. For the first few weeks, it's going to be a long and lonely journey. So it's OK to cry. Cry your heart out for the matter of fact. You are going to stop crying in the end because you'll get sick of it and realize that it's a temporary phase. Listen to sad love songs. It'll make you feel better and you'll realize that you can relate to them even more after a breakup. Get it all out and then deal with it.
4
Remain positive. Just because he/she broke up with you or doesn't want you back doesn't mean that you're "worthless". There are plenty of other people who want you and would be willing to treat you even better than your ex. Smile and laugh. Surround yourself with friends and people who care. Not only will you feel better, your ex will notice how happy you are and maybe regret rejecting you.
5
Lift your head up high and move on. Don't let one relationship drag you down even though it was the best one you ever had. There will be plenty more and it's his/her loss. You are too good for them anyway. Tell yourself that. Tell yourself that you need someone who will treat you right. Just be strong and forget about your boyfriend.
6
Don't try to fling or have special relationships with your ex. It never ends up right when you just go back into that cycle. Yes, "that" cycle. Where you guys break up then make up then act all cute and happy but in the end, you'll just be heartbroken and cry. Yes ... that cycle. Relationships end for many reasons.
7
Consult a friend if you feel lame or played. When your ex plays around with your heart when he/she knows that you still want them, that's when you definitely know that he/she is not for you. It's OK to feel this way, completely normal. Don't hold your feelings in, talk to a friend and cry. Let them comfort you and let yourself vent your feelings. You'll definitely feel better.
8
Shop, exercise and socialize. It'll make you feel better to buy new outfits so you can look even more attractive. Not only will it boost your confidence, it will also boost your self-esteem. Looking good will make you feel good. Exercise is also a good way to vent your frustration and pain. Socializing with others would keep you distracted from your ex, bolster your self-esteem, and help you get over your ex. When you are occupied with other people, you'll think, "Hey! Being single isn't bad. You get to make new friends and have more time to yourself". Flirt and mingle!
Whenever you miss him/her try to engage yourself or take a nap it refreshes your mind
1
Don't try to work things out with your ex you will just make them think that you still want them and that they have your heart.
2
It's OK to start liking other people after a couple a months, meaning you cant wait for your ex forever. Recover and then get out there again.
3
Give it time i know you are heart broken now but just wait and you will recover be happy and you'll see you forget about your ex.

20 Trouble Signs - You Love Your Partner More Than He Or She Loves You
You met the most wonderful man or woman in the world. The times you spend together are like straight out of a love poem -- full of depth, love, honesty and sensitivity. You've discussed your views about relationships and what makes them go bad, talked about loving and letting it be, and even hinted on becoming exclusive, someday.
You think of little else and when you are apart you send little "Thinking of you -- kiss, kiss" text messages and he or she responds with "Thinking of you, too -- kiss, kiss". No one's ever made you feel so much in love. This is the man or woman you want to spend the rest of your life with -- and you know it in your gut that this is the person for you.
But for some reason, the more you feel in love the less you feel loved, and the more you want closeness the more he or she distances.
Trouble SIGN! You love him or her more than he or she loves you.
When you love someone so much more than they love you, you set the stage for that person to reject you. It's like putting pressure on someone to eat even though he or she is not hungry, and then resenting his or her inability to respond enthusiastically.
Here are some signs that you've crossed the line between "loving" to "loving too much".
1. You felt empty and unloved before you met him or her, but now you feel even emptier and insecure.
2. You want to talk to him or her every few hours/see him or her every few days but unlike you, he or she is able to go for long periods of time without talking to you or seeing you -- and it doesn't seem to bother him or her.
3. Your thoughts and feelings keep bouncing from "he or she loves me so much" to "it's all over, he/she is not going to call."
4. Much of your day is consumed thinking of this special person and developing strategies of what you'll say or do (and when) to make him/her see that you are meant for each other etc.
5. He or she seems extraordinarily independent and this is driving you nuts. He or she even makes you feel you could have sex with someone else and it wouldn't matter.
6. One moment you find yourself unable to refrain yourself from telling him or her that he or she is unfair, selfish, insensitive, unmotivated, unpolished, boorish, depressed etc. and the next moment you are professing your love and desire for a committed relationship.
7. You live for his or her love -- and in moments of insecurity you try to squeeze out some words or actions that reassure you that he or she loves you and is there to stay -- although deep inside you know that putting pressure on him or her is the worst thing to do.
8. You feel like you are getting mixed signals from him or her (you probably are). One moment he or she is open and wants to be close and the next, his or her words and actions seem to say "I need my space' or "leave me alone".
9. You're are trying so badly to please him or her, and do things to show him or her that you are deeply in love, and in the process losing your spontaneity and "in the moment" demeanor to the point that you are becoming increasingly "too serious' and "overly sensitive'.
10. You want to (and actually do) talk about the relationship more than he or she wants to. And many of your talks about the relationship leave you feeling more insecure, unlovable and second-rate.
11. There is another man or woman in the picture -- and your man or woman can't seem to get him or herself to end the relationship with that other man or woman. You can see that he or she is genuinely conflicted because he or she loves the other person too -- or more!
12. Your assessment of where the relationship is at is different from his or hers -- and when you point this out, he or she says you are making him or her feel pressured for something he or she can't give or isn't ready for.
13. His or her life -- professional and social -- seems so full that there is not much room for you. Try as you do to get in, you always feel like the "outsider" and he or she is not doing much to include you.
14. The last time you tried to back away a little to gain more perspective on the relationship, you couldn't even pull that one through. You got so scared that a little distance might end the relationship completely.
15. You have sex with him or her because you think that that's what he or she wants, You hope and pray that the closeness of sex will bring the two of closer to each other -- but it only makes you feel used.
16. You are constantly rationalizing the negatives and straining to believe him or her, even when what he or she is saying defies simple common sense.
17. You are obsessed with trying to interpret, understand and clarify his or her every word and action. You are constantly searching for internet articles, asking friends and even strangers what they think -- does he or she love me or not?
18. He or she is in total control his or her feelings and of the relationship. You are the powerless clinger.
19. Your anxiety is on the high end -- you are really afraid that this relationship might end (and expecting it to) anytime really soon.
20. There is a part of you that just wants to end it all -- actually wants him or her to leave so that you can regain your lost power (feel normal again), yet you are frightened of that prospect too.
Loving too much is a relationship-killer!
Loving somebody so much more than they love you is the reason why many relationships end suddenly, abruptly and pain. You are left feeling shocked, betrayed and deeply hurt.
Interestingly, most men and women end the relationship with you, not because they no longer love you but because your compulsive "too much loving" is often experienced by the other person as engulfment, pressure and control -- IT IS.

Sex Positions To Conceive A Baby
Most of us know that fertility can be greatly influenced by a number of factors. Among these factors are diet, lifestyle changes, and the use of alternative methods such as herbal therapy and acupuncture. But did you know that the correct sexual positions for conceiving can affect your chances of conceiving successfully?
Although no scientific research have been focused on this, experts assume that every little thing we do can potentially affect the chain of events leading to conception.
It is believed that women reach a heightened sexual arousal during the middle of their cycle. In turn, men undergo a series of biochemical changes themselves, and this usually coincides with the most fertile time of women. All these changes are synchronized at the right time in order to increase chances of conception – especially when favorable sexual positions are incorporated.
Sexual Positions For Baby Making
Here are several guidelines which you can use in order to determine the sexual position that is most favorable for you and your partner.
Male dominant positions over anything else. Positions which put the male partner on top of the female is an ideal sexual position for conceiving. The principle behind this is that when the male is on top, gravity promotes the passage and flow of sperm into the woman’s vagina. This can facilitate the swimming motion of sperm in order to readily reach the awaiting egg instead of going against the “current”. The best positions sex positions to conceive a baby for this are the basic missionary position or the doggie-style position. Another advantage of male dominance is that it allows for deep penetration into the vagina, making it feasible for sperm to swim through.
Avoid positions that defy gravity. This includes female dominant positions like the woman on top, standing position, reverse missionary position, and all positions which involve the woman in a sitting position. All these positions hinder efficient passage of sperm into the woman’s fallopian tubes. However, if you and your partner prefer and enjoy these positions more, there is no reason why you should not perform them – as long as you and your partner are ideally placed in the right position at the time of ejaculation.
Elevate hips for 15 minutes after ejaculation. This can be done in order to allow time for rest in which the sperm can swim through with less distraction. The elevated position can also help guide the sperm to the fallopian tubes. In order to do this, you can place a couple of pillows under your hips. The tilting position of the pelvis creates an ideal angle for the sperm to reach the egg.
Discourage sperm leakage. Once ejaculation has taken place, the woman can lightly press the labia of her vagina together with her fingers and hold that position for 5 minutes to ensure that no sperm leakage occurs.
Increase foreplay. The more you and your partner become stimulated before ejaculation, the better your chances are of increasing fertility.
Use only vegetable oil as lubricant. Other lubricants can potentially kill sperm when being used, so try to avoid them. Ensuring the maximum number of sperm will potentially increase the chances of getting the woman pregnant.
Have sex every other day. Contrary to what most people think, having sex at every waking moment to better increase chances of conception is actually wrong. A much better alternative is to have sex every other day in order to help the male partner recharge and refresh his supply of sperm. Having sex everyday may actually decrease the good quality sperm. Taking some time off in order to regenerate may just help.
Ladies – avoid swallowing your partner’s semen. Research studies have shown that swallowing semen may actually trigger an immune response in the woman’s body which initiates an attack against sperm. As a result, the woman could develop anti-sperm antibodies which can prevent conception from taking place.
Bear in mind that all these guidelines are not based on scientific facts, but they common sense tells us that these methods can actually work. Above all, a loving and intimate relationship is the most important thing you and your partner can do to improve fertility. Using this intimacy, you and your partner can effortlessly make babies in no time.

Sir Alex Ferguson doubts Chelsea's Mark Clattenburg claims
Sir Alex Ferguson does not believe referee Mark Clattenburg used "inappropriate language" towards Chelsea player John Mikel Obi.
The Blues accused Clattenburg of making a racist remark during their 3-2 defeat by United at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
"I don't believe he would make comments like that," said Ferguson. "I refuse to believe it. It's unthinkable."
Chelsea have made a formal complaint to the Football Association against 37-year-old Clattenburg.
The west London club said the complaint was made following a thorough investigation, which they say was led by outside legal counsel and used information from interviews with Blues players and staff.
Clattenburg maintains his innocence and neither of his assistants, nor the fourth official, support Chelsea's allegations.
Ferguson, speaking ahead of United's Premier League home game against Arsenal, added: "There is not a referee who would stoop to that. I'm convinced by that.
"I've never had a player come to me in the last 15 years and say a referee swore in a game - ever.
"The way we see the game today rather than how it was 25 years ago, it has completely changed. I played myself and I know that the banter which went on between referees and players 25 years ago is different to today."
The Metropolitan Police also started an investigation into the alleged comments after receiving a complaint from a source outside the game.
