West Ham striker Andy Carroll ruled out with hamstring injury

The 23-year-old withdrew from England's World Cup qualifiers against Moldova and Ukraine after limping off 68 minutes into his debut against Fulham.
A scan has revealed that Carroll's hamstring injury is serious, ruling him out of one Capital One Cup and four Premier League games for West Ham.
The striker only joined the Hammers on loan from Liverpool last Thursday.
He now faces a race to be fit for England's next World Cup qualifying double-header, against San Marino and Poland, in early October.
Following his side's win on Saturday, West Ham manager Sam Allardyce said it was "unlikely" Carroll would be fit for some time.
"He'll probably be on the treatment bench for a while," Allardyce said.
"He over-extended himself. We won't know the extent of the injury until the scan and we see how serious it is."
England's road to Brazil 2014 begins with a qualifier at the Zimbru Stadium in Moldova on Friday, 7 September and Roy Hodgson's side are back in action at Wembley against Ukraine on 11 September.
Allardyce added: "We were ready to bring him off and unfortunately on that last jump he got hit by Brede Hangeland and that twisted his body and pulled his hamstring by the looks of it.
"He is just so gutted because he has got injured and he can't go to England, that is why he is most disappointed because he wanted to get off there.
"We are going to play him and hopefully he will play every week for us and score goals. Obviously Roy Hodgson is going to pick him - he wants to do well for us and he wants to do well for England."
Carroll played a key part in two of his new side's goals against the Cottagers.
Allardyce added: "I think what is important is the delight of everybody when Andy walked through the door.
"I think it made us all feel that little bit better when you have got a £35m centre-forward walk through the door whether you have got him on loan or not.
"He is a quality centre-forward and he is our number one."
