A Little Advice For Diabetic Patients

How many times do you take fruits in a week? Do you know fruits are good for you? For diabetic patients you don't need fruits like banana and all that sugary fruits because it has lots of natural sweetness which isn't too good for you. You can do Carrots and watermelons. Eat green vegetables and avoid starchy food with calories. If you must eat rice don't eat the regular rice everybody eats i'll advice to get "marshal rice or my skinny rice" its gluten free,helps lower cholesterol & high blood pressure and also a good source of Vitamin B1. (2) if you must take milk,take the skinned milk,i'll recommend "marvel skinned milk" and take less of milo,betterstill you take a very little quantity of ovaltine. (3)Work out or trek sometimes it helps burn out the sweet sweats. (4)Beans and fish is good (5)Eat cooked Unripe plantains (6)Eat coco yams and visit your doctor regularly, remember health is wealth.
